The EnGage Mobile App does not require you to login.

Enter the Access Code into the Download field on the Enter Code page.

1. When starting EnGage tap the OPEN button.
2. the bottom of the next page press the "Enter Code" button.
3. Enter the Access Code that you retrieved from your staff here. The
4. Access Codes are eight characters long with a dash in the middle like this "aaaa-bbbb". You can enter either capital or lower case letters and the dash will be inserted for you. When you have entered it, press "Done" or "Enter" on the keyboard, this will start the process of retrieving the list of files from the cloud. You will see a "Loading..." sign appear in the main list box on that page. Note that the access code is name
5. When the list is retrieved each drill file will display in the list box with a grey check mark next to it.
6. Tapping on the checkmark will select or deselect the associated drill. Selected drill files will be downloaded in the next step.
7. Click the "Download Files" button on the bottom of the screen. You will see "Loading..." appear. When the files are finished downloading you will be taken back to the previous screen and all your downloaded files will now be available in the file list.

If your staff have notified you that there is a new drill version available, simply go through the same steps as you did to download it originally. The new version will be downloaded and replace the current existing version. See "How do I download drill?" In this FAQ for more details.

An Access Code is an eight-character code split in the middle with a dash; it looks like this: "aaaa-bbbb". When entering your Access Code you can enter either Upper or Lower case or a mix of the two, and the dash will be inserted for you. This code is associated with a single Group and is owned by whomever is in charge of that group on the EnGage Portal. This is usually a Director or staff member and they are responsible for distributing the Access Code to the members of the Group.

On the "Select a Drill File" page press the "Enter Code" button at the bottom. On the next page you will see "Enter a Download" and a text box with the text "Enter code...". Enter your Access Code here. For a more detailed description of downloading drill files, see "How do I download drill?" In this FAQ.

1. You have downloaded your drill files (see "How do I download drill?" In this FAQ) your files will be presented on the "Select a Drill File" page. You can get to this page by tapping the "OPEN" button from the landing page. Tap on the drill that you want to open it.
2. You will be taken to a page where you can choose a performer or continue without a performer. Tapping any of the buttons will open the chosen drill. Choosing a performer will take you into Focus mode where that performer is selected and you will see all the information relating to that performer. "Continue Without" will load the drill without selecting a performer and you will be able to view the entire drill and move around freely. You can switch between these two modes simply by tapping on a performer if one is not selected, or tapping off of a performer if one is selected.

When you are on the "Choose a Performer" page before loading the drill, simply press the "Continue Without" button at the bottom of the page. This will load the drill without any performer selected.

You can navigate around the Canvas (field or floor) using common gestures such as drag and pinch. If a Performer is selected then when you let go of your drag then the camera will automatically return to the selected performer. To exit this scenario and move freely about the Canvas simply tap off of the selected performer and they will become deselected and you will enter Drill Book mode.

There are arrow buttons presented on the screen, pressing the single arrow will move you one count forwards, pressing the double arrow will move you to the next set

With a Performer selected, go to the Hamburger Menu on the right corner and select "Dot Book". This will open up a list of all sets. Clicking on one of those sets will move the drill to that set.

The Triangle Play button in between the set and count change buttons will start playback of the drill from the current set. Press it again to stop playback.

No, drill cannot be edited in EnGage at this time.

From the "Choose a Performer" page before loading the drill:Scroll through the list to find the performer you are looking for and tap that row.

When the drill is already loaded:Simply find your performer on the Canvas and tap them.

Alternate when drill is loaded:Press the hamburger menu in the top-right corner and select "Dot Book". From here you can scroll through a list of dots for everyone on the Canvas. Tapping on one of them will select that performer.

There are multiple ways to view your current and next dots.

• The top of the screen in Focus Mode: This shows the current position of your performer. Note that this also shows your position when you are in-between sets (going count-by-count).
• The bottom of the screen in Focus Mode: This shows the next set that you are moving towards.
• Your Dot Book: When in Focus Mode, you can press the Hamburger menu in the top-right corner and select "Dot Book". This will open a list of all of your dots for the entire production for quick reference. Clicking on one of these sets will advance the drill to that set.
• When in Drill Book Mode the Hamburger: Dot Book menu will show you a list of dots for every member in the production on the current set.
