Problem:
Some users may encounter an issue when trying to install the EnVision v2 software while having McAfee security software installed. McAfee might prevent the installation process.
Solution:
Here are a few steps you can take to allow the EnVision v2 installation while McAfee is running:
1. Temporarily Disable Real-Time Scanning (For Installation Only)

Open McAfee from the taskbar or start menu.

Click PC Security > Real-Time Scanning.

Click Turn Off.

Choose a time limit (e.g., 15 minutes).

Try installing the EnVision v2 app.

Re-enable Real-Time Scanning after installation.
2. Add the App or Installer to the Exclusion List
If you want McAfee to permanently allow the EnVision v2 app:
- Open McAfee.
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right).
- Click Real-Time Scanning.
- Under Excluded Files, click Add File or Add Folder.
- Browse to the app installer (.exe or .msi) or installed folder and add it.
- Repeat under Scheduled Scans > Excluded Files.
3. Check the Quarantine (If McAfee Already Blocked or Deleted It)
- Open McAfee.
- Go to PC Security > Quarantined Items.
- Find the EnVision v2 app and choose Restore or Trust.
